Wouldn't you think it is the office's job to respond to e-mails? If it's the wrong department to send the e-mail wouldn't you think they should at least mail me that I should be mailing to a different department?
When someone mails you that they would contact you, you'd think they'd actually do it before school's about to start yes?
But no. School's going to start next week and I haven't heard anything about my ID card. And... I kind of need it to get to my class yes? No?
I understand they have a lot of work to do and I know I mailed a lot of questions, but I do that so I won't fuck anything up and increase the amount of work for them. So maybe things will go more smoothly next time. Like really it's not like they have the "what to do list from step 1.1 to step 100.10" on their website. It's my first time so I ask questions. And it's even funnier because different people tell me different things. OFCOURSE I'LL ASK MORE QUESTIONS IF I KEEP GETTING DIFFERENT ANSWERS EVERY TIME I ASK THEM!
I knew it was bad in high school, but I must say, it's the same quality of work for UMUC, even worse seeing that there's obviously no communication going around within the office (I can't belive I'm saying this, but it was a better system in TUJ: which tells you something doesn't it?). People can't even tell me that I should be asking specific questions to other people! They simply ignore the whole question! I don't know who to ask what if everybody tells me different shit!

Okay I think I'm done ranting now.
*Sigh* Now I need to wait for Mr. President's sister (What were the odds of getting Jimmy's sister to help me out?) response and see what happens next... I wonder if I'll make it for the first day of class.
God. You just gotta love Yoko××. I'm already regretting coming back. But I need to get what I came for. Once I get it I'm going to spit at the main doors.
...Okay yeah I won't, but the thought was satisfying.
